We recognise that sometimes customers need to explore home improvement options way before they are actually ready to proceed. We just want to make sure you get things right from the start.

There are always companies and individuals willing to go to the lowest denominator on cost to secure work. This leads to poor and possibly dangerous workmanship issues that don’t always seem apparent until a couple of years down the road. All of our people and associates are time served, security vetted and extremely competent at what they do.

We know how important it is to keep effective communications running at every stage of the project, from initial engagement through critical stages and finally at sign off. In the unlikely event of problems there should be clear guidelines on resolving those problems. Although we never had to use the service, we are signed up to Dispute Assist an independent government approved body to handle disputes and protect us and yourselves.

We are very clear on all charges involved in any project, we even include estimates where work may be necessary, dependent on certain circumstances. Such as when removing wall & floor tiles it may be that a wall needs plastering or latexing (floor levelling) is required. If not that’s a bonus, but if needed you already know the costs involved. Where we encounter a truly unforeseen problem we will endevour to solve it on an absolute cost recovery basis (for example asbestos issues)…
