As we are BiKKBI members we now have access to Dispute Assist so in the unlikely event of a dispute both consumer and installer receive industry-leading dispute resolution.
For a nominal price on each installation (circa £5 – £15), installers and you the customer can get all-inclusive dispute resolution for 6 years should a dispute arise.
That means both parties will receive:
- Independent mediation services
- Inspection reports
- Forensic reports
- Ombudsman access
- No surprise bills!
